With sadness and fond memories, the family announces the passing of Shirley Ann Carlson (nee McGowan) on November 4, 2025. She was 91.
In keeping with her wishes, there will not be a formal funeral service.

Our deepest sympathies to Mr C and family. We were so blessed to have Mr and Mrs C as neighbours. Our children loved chatting with them and every June on the last day of school they would give them a five dollar bill and they were thrilled and felt so special. Every Halloween Mrs C prepared special treat bags for them and they looked forward to it every year. Mrs C was kind and funny and caring. Simply just the best. I enjoyed many visits over the years and loved her laugh and beautiful smile. Our world feels a little less beautiful without her but she was generous and taught those she loved to be kind and caring humans.
