Ken was a respected colleague, mentor, and friend to many of us at IPCO. He served as Production Manager from 2000 to 2019, and during those years he shaped both the company and the people who worked alongside him. I was fortunate to be one of them. Ken hired me in 2014, and I always appreciated the confidence he placed in me and the example he set every day. Ken led with professionalism, patience, and integrity. He was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always clear in his communication. He never needed to raise his voice—he simply led by example, and you became better by working with him. Even after he retired, he stayed in touch, and I enjoyed our conversations about work, family, and the things he loved. Ken was taken far too soon, and he will be deeply missed. On behalf of all of us at IPCO, our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones. His influence and kindness will not be forgotten. -Robert J. I had the pleasure of working with Ken at IPCO for six years, during the formative early stages of my career. He was truly great to work with and I learned much from him. Ken led by example; he was always calm, measured and logical under pressure, and was a go to person during difficult situations. Ken was greatly respected by all throughout the organization. We had a similar background (rural Ukrainian) and Ken felt like family to me in many ways; he reminded me of family members back in Alberta. I have many fond memories of Ken and looked up to him in many ways. To Sandra and family, please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. - Chad Grekul, Calgary, AB. - Posted by: Chad Grekul (Former colleague) on: Nov 26, 2025

I worked for many years with Ken at IPCO. He was a hard working and dedicated individual with a sharp mind. Always a reliable person to bounce ideas off. He left us too early. Best wishes to the family. - Posted by: Don Wilkinson (CoWorker) on: Nov 26, 2025

Dear Sandra, Allison and members of Ken’s family. I am so sorry for your loss. Ken was a mentor and friend to me. We worked together for years and I am grateful for the time I was able to learn from Ken as a leader and human. I have never met another person as organized, detail oriented and efficient as Ken. He was so successful in his career because of this, but also because he was forward thinking, brilliant, kind and professional. I cannot believe Ken is gone, but I am happy and grateful to have met him in life. He loved his family and friends, worked hard and carried himself with tremendous integrity. All things anyone should aspire to but were natural for Ken. Rest in peace, dear Ken. - Posted by: Brian Sithoo (Friend) on: Nov 26, 2025
