JOHN KOSOWAN
Sadly, after a short but courageous fight, John Kosowan of Winnipeg Manitoba left us on November 20, 2025.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home- 4477 Main Street West St Paul, with reception to follow.
For those who wish, there will be a gathering at Legion 215 on 215 Maxwell King Drive in honor of our Johnny after the funeral reception.
Any donations to Veterans’ Legions would be greatly appreciated.

Some of my best memories of John was when he would come to Ontario to visit us. He filled our home up with love & laughter. His house gifts of his delicious homemade wine I can still taste. He loved to spoil our then young children. Decked them head to toe in his beloved Blue Bombers attire. He was Uncle John ♥️. John was a gentle man with a very infectious laugh, he was a colour party member with me.I will always remember standing and marching proud with John. He always thought of, and represented the Legion with honor and dedication. Safe travels sailor on your final voyage. Until we meet again.
