It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sasha Aleksandar Dukic, age 43, who was born on January 19, 1982. He passed away on December 16, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. A devoted husband to Kimberleyann and a loving father to Kasi (22), Ava (15), and Noah (9), Aleksandar was not only a family man, but also a successful real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate.
Aleksandar's life was marked by his unwavering love for his family. He cherished every moment he spent with his children, and took immense pride in being their father. He was also a beloved brother to Nenad and a treasured son to Mirjana and Ilija.
After nearly two years of courageously battling colorectal cancer, Aleksandar succumbed to his illness. His strength and resilience throughout this difficult journey was an inspiration to all who knew him. He will be profoundly missed by his family and friends, who will forever remember his kindness, humor, and dedication to those he loved.
A viewing will be held in his honour at Chapel Lawn Funeral home located at 4000 Portage Avenue West on Friday, December 19th from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. A mass and burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow on Saturday, December 20th.
