John William de Zeeuw (JACK) passed away on November 25, 2025, at his residence at Amica in Victoria, BC.
Born at Medora, Manitoba, on October 22, 1928, to Leonard and Martha de Zeeuw, who came to Canada from the Netherlands in 1926.
Survived by his wife Terry, daughter Debra (Brian) Rickaby and son Daniel all living in Abbotsford. Niece Connie Brownell (Marc) and their daughter Genvieve. Stepdaughter Klara (Ken) Moore of Winnipeg, Grandchildren, Adrienne Moore, Ken Moore, Robert Rickaby and Jennifer Rickaby. Predeceased by sister Wyn and brother-in- law Allan Brownell.
A Celebration of a life well-lived was held at Sands Funeral Chapel – Victoria on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
