  • Bob and Vicky were loyal friends to my aunt Florence. Your whole family included her in many family events . Your loyalty, kindness, and friendship was very much appreciated. Thank you. • Bob, Staff Sargent Brooker hired me as a property manager with the RCMP. Bob was a very precise man and expected the same from those who he hired. He and I had a great working relationship, and had many great times and laughs. I started in the old headquarters building and moved into the new building a short time after. The RCMP HEADQUARTERS BUILDING on Portage Avenue is a testament to him. He alone ensured it was built to reflect the perfection of the RCMP in Manitoba. I was able to carry on his dedication for a number of years after he retired. He taught me to always do it right and do it to reflect the importance of the RCMP. He was an inspiration to me. God speed Bob, you will be missed by Victoria and your family. Norm - Posted by: Norm Milne (Friend) on: Dec 27, 2025

Rest easy Bob and thank you for your Service. - Posted by: Sheree Leone Hanysh (Friend) on: Dec 27, 2025

  • We were blessed to have Vicky and Bob Brooker as neighbours. We are very sorry to learn Bob has passed away. We watched him maintain his commitment to his daily run / walks throughout the neighbourhood even when challenged. Bob was always ready and willing to lend a hand. We always enjoyed conversations with both Bob and Vicky as they relaxed on their front steps. Bob always engaged neighbours and our community will miss him. - Posted by: Karen and Scott Johnston (Neighbours) on: Dec 27, 2025
