HAZEL KOKS
Hazel Koks passed away at the age of 90 on the morning of December 18, 2025 surrounded by family love.
Hazel was predeceased by her loving husband Tony and son Bradley. She is survived by sons, Dean (Linda), Howard (Jo-Anne); grandchildren, Charr (Nick), Celine (Bryan), Justin (Maria), Bryan (Jessica), and daughter-in-law-Patricia; along with many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A wonderful mom, grandma, gifted artist and music teacher; Hazel will be deeply missed but always remembered.
A service to celebrate Hazel’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd.
