GREGORY ALLEN REPA

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Gregory Allen Repa of Winnipeg on January 22, 2026 at the age of 81.

He was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Justyna Repa; his sister, Anne Krosney; and brother, Mike Repa. Greg will be remembered by his daughter Jennifer Repa and son Jamie Repa.

Like his father before him, Greg worked at CP Rail almost his entire career. His life was filled with collecting world war memorabilia, antiques, and jewellery. He also liked travelling to second hand shows where he enjoyed meeting and talking to people.

We would like to thank the fifth-floor staff at Grace Hospital for the care Greg received. Per Greg’s wishes, no formal service will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations can made to the West Central Women’s Resource Centre.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Today Feb 7th, I found out that Greg passed away a few weeks back. I was shocked to hear that, and while hearing this news, I was reminiscing of the good times Greg and I shared as collectors and attending gun shows. We would help each other, weather we had display or selling military items. Fun times also taking a few trips. To the Repa family, my deepest condolences and may he rest in peace. - Posted by: John Casarin (Friend) on: Feb 07, 2026

  • Our sincere condolences to Jennifer and Jamie on the passing of your father. He was a straight-forward, honest man who was a pleasure to deal with and always entertaining to talk to. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: Andy, Jan, Drew, Reid & Riley Baker (Country Neighbours) on: Feb 05, 2026

  • Had the pleasure of working with Greg years ago. He was quite the prankster. I will always have a good chuckle thinking of the fun guy he was. Rest in peace and say hi to booby. Condolences to his family. - Posted by: Jim Ottenbreit (Old friends) on: Feb 05, 2026
