• Danny has been in my life for the better part of it. My sister has been friends with Danny and Loretta and brought them out to Gimli many times to my Mom's house when I was young. My mother loved and adored Danny and Loretta and always looked forward to their visits. The lifelong bond began. Danny and his beautiful family have always been the surrogate family for my sister Shelley to stay with when she comes for a visit from Texas. She and Loretta would have wonderful days spent shopping and laughing while Danny would make a beautiful dinner for them at home. From what I have heard he was a master at the BBQ. I have kept in touch with them for years and the same back. He was the loveliest, gentle giant of a man who never failed to have me gut laughing in minutes. Danny, we will all miss you terribly. • It amazing how our paths in life crosses in so many ways. Had the fortune of coming to know Dan, through my mother who worked with him at Great West Life. Enid provided house cleaning service in the family home in River West Park. My mother retired in 1994 and has passed away in 2016.
