CAMILE GUY SCHAUBROECK

February 8, 1942 - May 26, 2026

Camile (Cam) Schaubroeck passed away peacefully on May 26, 2026. Cam was the youngest child of Archie and Theresa Schaubroeck and grew up in La Salle, Manitoba with his ten siblings.

Cam met Denise Gauthier, and they dated for two years before marrying in 1966. Together, they had three children: Charles, Roger (Lise), and Suzanne (Ron).

Cam will also be missed by his sister, Gertrude Gagne; his grandchildren, Brianne, Amber, Kyle, Janelle, Paige, and Nash; as well as his four great-grandchildren.

Cam worked most of his career for Westfair Foods and worked his way up to Vice President of Loblaws before retiring.

Cam enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, especially at family events, where he made great connections with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife and family across Canada and Europe.

Cam's family would like to thank the staff at Foyer Valade for their care and compassion during the last couple of years of his life.

Cam will be cremated, and a private service will be held at a later date.
