DIANE CHARLOTTE DURWARD
Mrs. Diane Charlotte Durward (Old Crow) of Brandon and formerly of Pierson, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the age of 77.
She was predeceased by her parents, George and Edith (Reddaway) Renwick; Gary’s parents, Charlie and Annabel Durward; brother, Melvin Renwick; in-laws, Ron Summers, Sunny Durward, Ronnie Durward, Duffer Bonner, and Muriel Maffenbeier.
Diane is survived by her husband, Gary Durward; daughter, Christine (Mark) Lund, (grandsons, Tyler Strutt (Taylor) and Aiden Krassman (Rae-Lynn); son, Philip (Sue) Durward (grandson, Ren Durward); daughter, Leanne McBride (granddaughters, Lauren McBride and Layne McBride); siblings, Raymond Renwick, Dona Bonner (Lloyd), Milton (Debbie) Renwick, and Betty (Marvin) Minshull; in-laws, Isabel Summers and Pat Maffenbeier; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A service to celebrate Diane’s life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from the Pierson Community Hall, Pierson, MB. Interment will follow at the Pierson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Pierson Community Hall, Box 295, Pierson, MB. R0M 1S0 or to the Pierson Cemetery Fund, Box 100, Pierson, MB. R0M 1S0.
