CARMEN PAGGAO
Carmen peacefully passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the age of 84, surrounded by her loving family from Brandon, Toronto, and the Philippines.
She shared 55 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Ricardo (Ric) Paggao, who was her best friend, life partner, and greatest love. She also deeply cherished her family: her oldest son, Albert (Eleana); her granddaughters, Jayde and Jasmin; and her youngest son, Ricky (Jamellah); along with her grandsons, Jett, Jaze, and Javin.
While our hearts are broken by her passing, we take comfort in our faith, knowing that Mom is now with God in Heaven, at peace and free from pain. Her love, kindness, and strong guidance will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Memories Chapel, located at 330-18th Street North in Brandon, Manitoba.
A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at the Palliative Care Unit at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
