FRANCES ARGUE
1931-2025
With heavy hearts we announce that mom passed away in Enderby, BC on August 15, 2025.
Frances is reunited in heaven with her loving husband Gordon of 66 years, her parents Anne and John Grasky, sister Kay and brothers Stanley and Victor.
She was born and raised in Neepawa, then met Gordon and they married in 1954 in Winnipeg. They spent the majority of their life together in Brandon raising two daughters.
Frances enjoyed cooking meals for family and friends, planning and hosting special occasions, experimenting with new recipes…and especially baking.
She was a busy volunteer in Brandon with St. George's Anglican Church, Order of Royal Purple, UCT and Riverview Curling Club.
In 2005 Frances and Gordon moved to Kelowna BC to be near their daughters.
She is lovingly remembered by her children Susan (Harry) and Mary-Jane; her grandchildren Rob, Danno (Danielle), Jennifer (Doug), Christina (Gerry) and Quintan; also great-grandchildren Finley, Teagan, Celeste, Ryland, Austin and Addy; niece Lynda and other family and friends.
A private family gathering celebrating Frances's life was held in Kelowna BC in March.
A sincere thank you to Dr. Abdalla and the wonderful staff at Parkview Place in Ederby BC for the exemplary care they provided to mom, helping her to feel at home and comfortable.
God Bless: truly loved and sadly missed.
