Frank was born on August 28, 1932. He was raised on Lot 23-7-17, Oakland Municipality, near Nesbitt, MB. Frank left his farm life behind him and became a dedicated truck driver/handler for Beverage Services Limited in 1956. He met the love of his life Grace Galloway while delivering product in Wawanesa; they were married on September 15, 1956.
