Susan Lynne Semenko (nee Wilson) passed away peacefully at the Assiniboine Centre, on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at the age of 70 years.
Sue was born in Brandon to Merv and Cookie (Georgina) Wilson on March 8, 1956. She was raised and educated in Brandon, with her earliest jobs being at the Prince Edward Hotel and at the Hutchings Drug Store. She was a long time employee of Walmart until her retirement.
Sue is survived by her sons, Jason (Roberta) and Kelly Semenko; sisters, Cindy Parypa and Betty Wilson; nephews, Chris and Curtis Bauche; and grandsons, Mackenzie and Grayson Semenko. She was predeceased by her parents; brother Roy Wilson; niece Catherine and nephew Corey Bauche.
As per Sue’s wishes, no service will be held. Donations in memory of Sue may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
