Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECIL E. BOLTON With deep regret we announce the death of our father on October 4, 1999 at the age of 63. Predeceased by his loving wife Joan of 39 years in 1997, and his parents, Doc and Mary Bolton. Cece was born and raised in , MB moving away for only brief periods in his pursuit of a career Neepawain pro hockey. Cece played for the Flin Flon Bombers and the Neepawa Natives. Cece was a consummate athlete and a strong competitor. For many years Cece was in business for himself as the Imperial Oil agent in Neepawa as well, he ran the Ideal Esso Service. In later years he was able to combine his love of sports with his strong work ethic when he worked as the manager of the Neepawa Golf & Country Club then as greens keeper. Cece had a passion for golf and especially loved golf holidays in Texas with Joan and their friends. Cece was an outgoing man whose sense of humour and interest in others meant he made quick and lasting friendships. As a family man, he was devoted, loving and fun. Only six months after the loss of his wife Joan, Cece was diagnosed with cancer. During this time he was honest and open, relying on the support of his children and dear friend Joyce. Cece is survived by his children, Tim (Cheryl and kids, Caitlyn, Chelsea and Travis) of Calgary, Geordie (Sandra) of Vancouver, and Mary-Jo (Marni) of Winnipeg. Cece will also be sadly missed by his siblings, Don of Toronto, Marg (Colin) of Winnipeg, Irene (Al) of Victoria and Len (Babe) of Flin Flon and their families. A special thank you to Joyce and her family for their love and support. Those who so desire may make a donation to the Manitoba Cancer Treatment Research Foundation, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB R3E 9Z9.
