Anne, Man. on Thursday, February 3, 2000, Rose-Delima passed away at the age of 100 years and 5 months. Mom will always be remembered by her children, Edouard, Narcisse (Roberta), Rose Lafreniere, Antoinette (Raymond) Desautels, Rose-Anna (Elphege) Normandeau, Adrienne Cadez, Antoine, Aline (Louis) Simard and Cecile (Robert) Danylchuk; daughters-in-law, Alida and Lorraine. She also leaves 42 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and eight great-great- grandchildren; her sisters-in-law, Flore, Dora, Eliane Jolicoeur and many relatives. Rose-Delima was predeceased by her husband Eugene in 1992; sons, Alphonse in 1993 and Leon 1991; sons-in-law, Alain Lafreniere in 1996, Romano Cadez in 1993, Steve Gacek in 1988 and granddaughter Sarah Cadez in 1993. Viewing will be held at 1:30 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7 in the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church. The service will be presided by Father Louis Vielfaure, M. Afr. Interment will follow in the Ste. Anne Parish Cemetery. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Villa for the excellent care provided to Memere for so many years and for their support during the last few days.
