ALICE AUGUSTA ELIZABETH BRANDSON It saddens us beyond words to tell you that our dear Mom died suddenly, July 26, 2000 at her beloved summer cottage. We: Bob, Eileen and Louise, have had the privilege of being her children; of knowing her love, encouragement, infectious laugh, her freely given smile, unfailing generosity, her never ending curiosity about all creatures and plants, great and small, her unbashed kindness to us and the many friends and strangers who have known her. For all this, we are truly grateful. You wont read her name in future history books, but it is our hope that her many friends and relatives will think back to those every day moments they have shared with her, and agree, yes, most definitely, the world is a better place, because this lady who cared, who was always there when it mattered, and who spoke quietly, and as a rule, wisely, has walked here among us and touched us all so gently, yet so deeply. Flowers are for gardens that all can enjoy, so please consider a donation to your favourite charity in our Moms name instead. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, July 31 at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., Aubrey St. entrance. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
