JOAO JOSE COSTA Peacefully on November 24, at the Seven Oaks Hospital, with his loving family at his side, Joao Jose Costa passed away at the age of 48 years after a brief battle with cancer. Left to cherish the memory of many wonderful years are his wife Fernanda, children Kevin, Terri Ann, Andrew John, mother Maria Helena of Portugal, brother Carlos (Gabriela), sisters Isabel (Tomas) of British Columbia, Leonor (Antonio), Eduarda (Victor) of Portugal, and Mariana (Jose), as well as many other relatives and family friends. He was predeceased by his father Jose. Joao was a caring husband and dedicated father. He was very hardworking and was able to use his many skills to help all those close to him. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. With tear filled eyes we watched you suffer and fade away. Although we loved you deeply we could not make you stay. Your golden heart stopped beating hardworking hands put to rest.
