Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDRE (ANDY) J.E. PANTEL It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden death of Andre (Andy) J.E. Pantel at the Regina General Hospital on Saturday, December 16, 2000. Andy was born to Jules and Louise Pantel on December 10, 1942. Following high school, he joined the Bank of Montreal in 1962 holding various posts in St. Boniface, Fort Garry, St. Norbert, Domremy, Saskatoon, St. Claude, Winnipeg, St. Lazare, Estevan, Hudson Bay and Regina. Andre was predeceased by his father Jules and his father-in-law Roger Piche. He will long be remembered by his mother Louise Pantel; his beloved wife of 34 years Pat; his cherished daughters, Diane (Dave Bihun) and Danielle (Paul Rondeau) his sister Lucille Benoit (Richard) only niece Lauranne; mother-in-law Helene Piche; sister-in-law Lynne Piche; and numerous relatives and friends. Awarded twice with the Presidents Awards, Andy found his banking career rewarding and will be missed by family, friends, colleagues and numerous banking acquaintances. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 315 Douglas Ave. E., Regina, on Tuesday, December 19 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Norm Marcotte, Celebrant. Visitation will be held prior to the mass at the church starting at 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the building fund of Resurrection Roman Catholic Parish, 2318 B Assiniboine Ave. E., Regina, SK, S4N 2P5, or Heart and Stroke Foundation, 2360 2nd Ave., Regina, SK, S4R 1A6.
