MINNA BOYD (MARTENS)

MINNA BOYD (nee MARTENS) On May 14, 2001 at Concordia Hospital Minna Boyd, retired school teacher, of Winnipeg, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, at the age of 81 years. She is survived by one son George Boyd, his wife Bev, three grandsons Darcy, Kevin and Brian Boyd of Winnipeg; two brothers and one sister, John Martens of Winnipeg, Henry (Sarah) Martens of Carman, Man. and Agnes Martens of Winnipeg; one niece and three nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents Johann and Aganetha Martens. The family wish to thank Dr. Wozney and Dr. Alvi and all the staff on 3 East at Concordia Hospital. Their kindness and encouragement was very much appreciated. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Callsbeck Fellowship Chapel, 1445 Callsbeck Ave., with interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Viewing Wednesday, May 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. and at the church prior to the service.
