BERT BOUSKILL On Friday, May 18, 2001 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, Bert Bouskill aged 89 years, beloved husband of Barbara Bouskill of Stonewall, Man. Born February 8, 1912 at the family farm. Surviving besides his wife Barbara of 65 years of marriage, one son Jack (Eileen) of Stonewall; one daughter Edna of Stony Mountain; six grandchildren, Anna, Melody, Kurtis, Terry, Valerie and Brent and great-grandchildren. Bert was predeceased by five sisters, Kathleen, Winnie, Alma, Edna and Vera. Bert was born and raised on the family farm. He took over the farm at the age of 16 years because his father could no longer physically handle the work due to arthritis. Bert enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 21 in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall at 2:00 p.m. Rev.John Holmen will officiate. Interment will follow at South Victoria Cemetery. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to South Victoria Cemetery in care of MacKenzie Funeral Home. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall, in care of the arrangements.
