BRIGITTE GODELEIVE ANTOINETTE MISNER (nee DeCOKERE) 1934 - 2002 On Thursday, July 4, 2002, in Toronto, at the age of 67 our beloved wife, mother and oma passed away from cancer in her home with family at her side. She was born in Belgium and immigrated to Toronto, in the 60s. Brigitte met her husband a few years later at the German club in Toronto. They were married in Belgium in 1968 and made their home in Toronto. She will be greatly missed. Brigitte leaves behind her husband of 34 years Udo, (they would have celebrated their wedding anniversary on Saturday, July 6) son Steven (Michelle) daughter Ingrid (Grant) and granddaughters, Mikaela, Joone and Rebekah; brother-in-law Rainer (Veronica) nieces, Tanja (Angelo) and Andrea. She was predeceased by both her parents, Urbain and Maria DeCokere. Funeral arrangements are being made in Toronto next week.
