DORIS MARY BOITTIAUX (ROBERTSON) (nee RYNHART)
Date of Passing: Sep 27, 2002
Offer Condolences or MemoryDORIS MARY BOITTIAUX (ROBERTSON) (nee RYNHART) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doris at Grace Hospital on Friday, September 27, 2002 after a valiant struggle with Alzheimers disease. Her loving husband John Boittiaux will forever cherish the memories of his dearest Doree. Doris is survived by her only son Craig Robertson (Lynn) and their children, Sean (Carrie), Stacy (Phil Bozak), Scott (Marisa) and Graeme all of Winnipeg; and by her brother Frank Rynhart of Winnipeg Beach. Doree is also survived by her adopted children, the Boittiauxs, Richard and Diane, Garys widow Melba (Karen, Eugene, Jessica and Kaila), Larry, Lori, (Jamie), Donald, (Beth and Tommy), and Patricia and Steven Adair. Doris was born in Winnipeg to Emily and Richard Rynhart. She overcame many struggles throughout her lifetime, including losing her father at the tender age of ten. She raised her son as a single parent while working full time for Eatons, where she remained for over 30 years. Doris was class A in every sense of the word and we will be forever grateful to her for all of the love and charming wit that she shared with each and every one of us. Many thanks to all of the staff at 5N Grace Hospital. Flowers gratefully declined. In lieu, donations would be greatly appreciated by the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, at the Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St., Winnipeg. When I must leave you for a little while, Please do not grieve, or shed sad tears, Dont hug your sorrow to you through the years. But start out bravely with a gallant smile, And for my sake and in my name, Live on and do all things the same. Fill each waking hour in useful ways, Reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer, And I in turn, will comfort you, And hold you near. And never, never be afraid to die, For I am waiting for you in the sky. This life for me is truly past, Ive loved you all to the very last, Weep not for me, but courage take, And love one another for my sake. KNYSH FUNERAL CHAPEL 1020 MAIN STREET 582-0973
