Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICTORIA STRILCHUK May 12, 1919 - October 28, 2002 On October 28, 2002 at the Concordia Hospital, Victoria Strilchuk, our beloved aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt, passed away in her 83rd year. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Peter; and sister Sophie. Victoria leaves to mourn and cherish her memory, her niece Adele Gollmer (Ted) her great-niece Linda Altomare; great-nephews, Bob Dolyniuk (Maureen), Alan Dolyniuk (Maria), Steven Dolyniuk (Anita) great-great-nieces, Tara, Robin, Sarah, Danielle and Dominique; great-great-nephews, Trent, Aaron and Mark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Poland. Victoria was born in Poland on May 12, 1919 and immigrated to Manitoba in 1962. During her early years in Canada, Victoria and Peter resided in Camp Robinson, ON. Thereafter, she made her home in Transcona. She was a longtime and devoted member of St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Parish and was a member of the Transcona Settlers Club. Prayers will be offered this evening, October 31, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Church, 400 Day St. Divine Liturgy to follow on Friday, November 1, at 10:00 a.m. also at the church. Fr. Andrew Wach officiant. Interment at Transcona Cemetery. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
