BARRY DWIGHT PEELER 1948 - 2002 With great sorrow we announce Barry passed away in Calgary, AB, December 6, 2002. He was a much loved father of Nicola and Danielle; also granddaughter Aliya. The treasured son of Doris Peeler and father Jim (deceased). Also mourning his passing are his brother Rod Peeler and family; sisters, Norene Marcino and family; Brenda Kibsey and family; Debbie Carreira Peeler and family, who will miss him and carry fond memories forever. Barry was born in Neepawa, MB, moving to Winnipeg as a child. He attended Gladstone and Earl Grey Schools, then went on to graduate from Kelvin High School. After graduation he spent time in British Columbia and became employed in the building industry. He was very skilled in cabinet and furniture building, having built much of the furniture in his own home. (If Barry could visualize it, he would build it). While in British Columbia he worked for the first hotel chain of Sandman Inns. Later moving to Northern Manitoba and employed with Indian Affairs. Lastly settling in Calgary and employed with the Airport Authority. In the past two years he established his own construction company, building homes. Prior to his passing Barry helped complete his second home for Habitat for Humanity. We shall all miss his kind, sensitive, personality. He gave love unconditionally to all. In loving memory of Barry, a tree will be planted in Nose Creek, AB this coming spring. Funeral services were held in Calgary on December 13. Cremation has taken place.
