ELIZA ANN (BETTY) BRAUSE (STRANGER) Betty was born February 4, 1932 to Solomon Stranger and Annabella (McLennan). She passed away February 4, 2003. Betty was born at St. Peters Dynevor (Selkirk) and when quite young moved to Peguis. Her early education was in Peguis, Elkhorn and Brandon. She attended college in Winnipeg and worked with Indian Affairs and Investors Syndicate until her marriage. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in the early 1970s. Betty came from a large, loving family. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Frank, Melvin, Roderick, Dave, Freeman, Jim and Nellie May Sinclair. Also by in-laws Doug Whittingham, Lloyd Sinclair and Russel Everett. She is lovingly remembered by sons Erich, Mark and five grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers and sisters, Leslie, Earl, Dennis, Ernest, Winston, Franklin, Annabelle Whittingham, Jeannette Asham, Olive Stranger, Katherine Everett and their families. Cremation has taken place. A memorial and interment will take place at a later date. Rest in Peace Betty.
