NATALIA MONIZ BOTELHO January 1, 1957 - February 22, 2003 After a lengthy battle with cancer, the family is saddened to announce the passing of Natalia Moniz Botelho at her residence on Saturday, February 22, 2003. Natalia is survived by her husband Luis and two sons, Rui (Robyn) and Charles; her mother Maria do Carmo Moniz; and mother-in-law Teresa Botelho; sisters, Isabel (Jose Herminio), Lucia (Francisco), Ana Paula, Graca (Emanuel) and Susana; brothers, Carlos (Margarida), Mario (Dina) and Joao (Lucia) brother-in-law Antonio (Natalia) nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, godchildren and friends. Natalia was born on January 1, 1957 in S. Miguel Azores. She came to Canada in 1982. Natalia was very family orientated, she loved singing and dancing. She enjoyed spending time with her family. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Palliative Care Unit of St. Boniface Hospital for their excellent care. Prayers will be held on Monday, February 24 at 8:00 p.m. at St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. also at the church with Rev. Msgr. Maurice Comeault officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Natalias memory to CancerCare Manitoba, P.O.
