He then returned to New Jersey to pursue his career as a chef and where he found the love of his life, Kathy McCoy Marsico. For the past one and a half years Anthony and Kathy were the proud owners of "Marsicos Restaurant" which was rated one of the top 10 in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He was an avid surfer, loved mountain biking, and loved life. His smile would light up a room, and will never be forgotten. Surviving are his wife Kathy McCoy Marsico; his parents, Gerry and Sylvia Marsico of Elberon, NJ; his sister and brother-in-law, Anne-Marr and Colin Ramsay of Winnipeg; a niece Julianne Ramsay; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Kathleen and Michael McCoy of Wanamassa, NJ. Also surviving Anthony will be his and Kathys first baby, due to be born August 23, 2003. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service in honour of Anthony at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Ave. on Tuesday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m. Your gentle face and radiant smile, with sadness we recall, You had a kindly word for each and died beloved by all. The voice is mute and stilled the heart That loved us well and true, Ah, bitter was the trial to part from one so good as you. You are not forgotten loved one, Nor will you ever be, As long as life and memory last, We will remember thee. We miss you now, Our hearts are sore, as time goes by, We miss you more, your loving smile, Your gentle face, no one can take your vacant place.
