Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHUGH MATHEW KILLEY Peacefully, on Sunday, April 13, 2003, Hugh Killey passed away at his residence, Riverview Health Centre, at the age of 91 years. Born March 11, 1912, "Toddy" was the youngest of six children and the only one born in Winnipeg. His family had immigrated to Canada from the Isle of Mann. Matt was quite an athlete in his youth and he excelled at track and tennis. He enjoyed any game from pool to golf. But his true passion lay at the track be it Polo Park or Assiniboia Downs. He could spend hours handicapping and excelled at finding "mudders" at a price on a rainy day. He had worked for the City of Winnipeg from a very young age until his retirement. "Popop" leaves to mourn his passing, his grandchildren, Craig and Todd Maitland and their families from Thunder Bay, ON; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Nell; his daughter, Joan and his son-in-law Don; brothers, Jim and Bill; and his sisters, Tucker, Deedee and Rene. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview for their compassion and thanks to Elaine for all she has done. Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal service. "Heres hoping youve found a sloppy track, Popop." LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements; 775-2220.
