NICK BOYECHKO It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Nick Boyechko on June 28, 2003 at his residence at the age of 83 years. He was predeceased by his wives Kay and Bernice; sisters, Lena, Anne and Mary. He is survived by his sisters, Tilly and Stella as well as brothers, Mike, Tom, Bill, Harry and Paul; children, Shirley, Ed (Elisa), Ron (Margaret), Harvey (Sharon), Kenny and Nancy; grandchildren, Bob, Terry, Wendy, Brenda, Brittany, Christine, Amanda, Renee, April and Bryden; also 13 great-grandchildren. Born in Weidon, MB., he served in the Second World War, then moved to Winnipeg where he worked in the construction field until his retirement. He was able to spend more time hunting and fishing during his retirement. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, July 2 at 9:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Funeral service will be on Thursday, July 3 at 2:00 p.m. also at the chapel with a Basilian Father officiating.
