BETTY SCHWARTZ Betty passed away suddenly, while on vacation, with her husband of almost 58 years at her side. Betty leaves behind her husband Mayer; children, Toni and Abe Berenhaut, Leah Schwartz (Montreal), Ron Schwartz (Ottawa) grandchildren, Ken Berenhaut (North Carolina), Arlene and Jeff Lefeele (California) and great-grandchildren, Michael and Madison Lefeele. Graveside services will be held at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery on Main and Armstrong, Gate 2, Friday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. Shiva will be held at 22 Aster Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society or a charity of your choice.
