FRANK JOSEPH FEKETE SR. Frank passed away on September 14, 2003 at the Selkirk & District General Hospital at the age of 70 years. Frank is survived by his sons, Joey (Tammy) and Frankie (Shannon) grandchildren, Karrissa, Brandy, Tyson and Cody; and also his many, many friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Pat in 1983. Born in Budapest, Hungary on June 17, 1933, Frank moved to Halifax and in 1957 moved to Selkirk where he was employed at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre. In his early years Frank was involved with the French Foreign Legion and later while in Selkirk was a goal judge for 15 years for the Steeler organization. In respect of Franks wishes no formal service will be held. Honorary pallbearers are Joe Smederovac, Walter Budy and Freddie Geisler. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg R3E 0V9. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
