Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryT. LLOYD BOTTOMLEY Peacefully on Friday, September 26, 2003 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Lloyd is survived by his beloved wife Nora (Sears) daughter Robin (Michael) Walton and their children Andrew (Leanne) and Chris Walton; son Brent (Kym) and daughter Michayle; and Lloyds brother Douglas (Liz) of Orillia, ON. Lloyd was raised in Gravenhurst, ON and moved to Toronto as a young man. He volunteered with the R.C.A.F. in 1942 and became a flying officer/pilot instructor. After the war he met and married Nora and moved to Winnipeg where they raised their family and Lloyd established a successful business as a manufacturers agent. Upon retirement, Lloyd and Nora moved to Oakville, ON but always returned to their favourite place, their cottage at Clearwater Bay, ON. Lloyd and Nora returned to live in Winnipeg in 2001 to be closer to their children and grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1 at 3:30 p.m. in the Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or a charity of your choice.
