ROXANN MARY MILLER On December 6, 2003, Roxann, aged 54 years, passed away at the Palliative Care Unit of St. Boniface Hospital. Survived by her mother Esther Cushman and her ever loving grandson, David Kenny. Cremation has taken place and at Roxann s request there will be no service.

  • My dear Roxann 10 long years have passed since I lost my childhood friend. So many times I've thought of you during these years. The crazy things we did together as teens and the fun we had. I find myself often thinking back to those happy times we shared. I miss you my friend, you were the best!!! Your light and energy can never die. I know your spirit sparkles out in the Universe.
