MARY JANKE (nee LOEWEN) Mary Janke passed away peacefully on December 9, 2003 at the age of 83 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Ed; daughter Jacky, and grandson Tim. Mary was born on February 14, 1921 in Winkler, MB. She moved to Winnipeg and married Ed Janke in 1952. For the past five years, Mary has resided at Fred Douglas Lodge. Many thanks to the Fred Douglas Lodge staff for their care and kindness. Marys spirit is now free to join her family members that predeceased her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MBR3E 0V9. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
