DELFIN SANTOS ESTANISLAO 1939 - 2004 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of a caring father and an affectionate grand-father. At the age of 64 years Delfin Santos Estanislao breathed his last at the Health Sciences Centre on Friday, February 20, 2004. Delfin leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Danilo, Reynaldo, Ariel, Delfin Jr.; daughters, Dolores and Divina; daughters-in-law, Lina, Marissa, Joy, Annie; son-in-law Carlito; grandchildren, brothers, sisters in The Philippines. He was born in Dinalupihan Batan, Philippines on Sunday, July 9, 1939, and immigrated to Winnipeg, Canada on Wednesday, December 29, 1993. His greatest love was his family who will affectionately remember his love, caring and thoughtful ways, which was even endeared to his relatives and friends, both in Canada and The Philippines. Public viewing (Lamay) will be held on Thursday, February 26 and Friday, February 27 between 6:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m., both nights (prayers on Friday at 7:00 p.m.) at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 28 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church, 355 Andrews St. and Mountain Avenue, with Rev. Fr. Diosdado Parrenas presiding. Interment will follow at Waverley Memorial Gardens, 1501 Waverley St. "Join his family in prayer, so that the Angels may lead his soul to Paradise to be with our Creator...
