WILLIAM (BILL) JOHN BOYCHUK Peacefully on March 22, 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away at the age of 62 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Leviena; his four daughters and their families, Lisa and Brian Adair, Trynda and Gregory, Marla and Chris Gangler, Christina and Kyle Poolie, Tyler, Deanna and Shane Colliatie; brother Ed and Joyce Boychuk; and mother-in-law Elizabeth Soorsma; and nieces and nephews. Bill and Leviena would have been married 40 years in May. Bills first home was in Morweena, MB where he lived with his parents, John and Mary Boychuk and his brother Ed. In 1951 the family moved to Winnipeg, making their home in the west end. After his marriage he moved to South Transcona, where he and his wife raised their four daughters. He spent many years as a truck driver and through his life and travels, Bill has shared his love of laughter with everyone he met. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 27 at the Winnipeg Evangelical Free Church 500 Lagimodiere Blvd. at 2:00 p.m. (viewing at 1:00 p.m.). The family sends special thanks to the staff of the Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion these last two years.
