DOREEN BOUDREAU It is with great sadness that the family announces the tragic passing of Doreen Marie Boudreau, aged 37 years on Sunday, July 4, 2004, along with her father Sylvan Boudreau and her son Kevin Boudreau. Doreen leaves to cherish her loving memory her longtime companion Darren Guiboche, along with their two children, Janice and Lucas Boudreau, mother Dorothy Boudreau, grandmother Amanda Boudreau, sisters, Audrey Coutu (Vern), Brenda Boudreau (Nelson), Elaine Boudreau (Rick), brothers, Claude Boudreau and Fern Boudreau (Laura). There are numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Doreen was predeceased by her grandfathers, Albert Boudreau and Octave Chartrand, grandmother Gilda Chartrand, son Craig Boudreau and father-in-law Donald Guiboche. Doreen was born on April 2, 1967 in Winnipeg, MB, but lived most of her life in St. Laurent. Doreen was a well liked, cheerful lady with a big heart and always willing to help anyone. Doreen worked at the St. Laurent fish shed and did housekeeping for a lot of people in the community. Doreen also enjoyed playing cards and going to Bingo with her family members. Doreen had a beautiful smile and a great personality that will never be forgotten. Doreen was deeply loved and will be missed dearly by all who knew her, especially her family whom she was very close to. Prayers will be held on Saturday, July 10 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 a.m., Fr. Rene Katcha Digba will officiate. Interment to follow in the churchyard cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a trust fund for her children, Lucas and Janice, in care of the St. Laurent Credit Union.
