VICTORIA BOZIUN (BOGDEN) It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved auntie and sister, Victoria (Vicki), on March 4, 2005, at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit, at the age of 83 years after a courageous battle with leukemia. Victoria was predeceased by her loving husband Michael, on July 3, 2003; father Alexander and mother Barbara Bogden; sisters, Kay, Anne, Nettie and infant sister Mary; also by her brother Michael Bogden. Victoria will be so deeply missed by her niece Georgina (Ken) Boitson; also her brother Harry (Lillian) Bogden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Victoria was born in Brooklands and attended Brooklands School. She was employed by Esdales Stationary, then the Manitoba Medical Review. When she married Michael on February 10, 1962, she then stayed home and did what she enjoyed most, cooking, baking, sewing and travelling to the United States and throughout Canada. Special thanks to Dr. Pat Harris, Dr. Terry Babick, doctors, nurses of the Concordia Hospital for their care and concern, also to Dr. Louridas and Dr. Crawford at St. Boniface Hospital and nursing staff on the Palliative Care Unit. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 8 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic Church, 455 Douglas Ave. Interment will take place in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anne Building Fund, 455 Douglas Ave., or to CancerCare Manitoba. My dearest auntie Victoria, And my best friend, I will always keep you, In my thought and prayers, I will miss you very dearly, I loved you very much, Rest peacefully. Love your niece Georgina.
