Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT (BOB) BODNER On Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at the Seven Oaks General Hospital, Bob passed away at the age of 67 years. Remaining to cherish his memory are his mother Effie; his wife Judy Sherritt, her daughter Angel Nice and granddaughter Allexella; brothers, Tom and his wife Sandi and their son Ryan; as well as Gerry and his wife Shirley. He was predeceased by his father Metro. On February 22, 1938, Bob was born in Winnipeg to Effie and Metro Bodner. He was a successful business man working with several companies, Bodner Fish Distributors Ltd. and Durabelle Distributors Ltd. (Holiday Juice). He was very active in the stock markets and car auction sales. As well, Bob had actively contributed to local charities. A gathering of family and friends to honor Bob's life will be held on Monday, March 7 at 1:30 p.m. in the Silver Heights Restaurant, 2169 Portage Ave. A private family interment will take place at a later date. I am so sorry to hear about Bob's passing. We were friends in our teens and went to United College together. He was an amazing person and we had some great times together, I am sorry that I did not see him during the past many years.
