HAROLD DENSLEY It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of father, Afi, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather, Harold on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at the Selkirk General Hospital. Harold was born on February 22, 1914, he was 91 years old. Harold was predeceased by his first wife Sigurros and second wife Rita; his sons, Harold (Bobo), Edward; his daughters, Joyce and Irene, brother Ted and sisters, Joyce and Kate. He is survived by his son Jim (Cindy) and daughters, Sylvia (John), Lorraine (Albert), Dolly (Cam) and stepchildren, Bill and Ken, friends and relatives. In his early years he was a commercial fisherman on Lake Winnipeg, a boat builder for Riverton Boat Works and carpenter for Harvey Realty and Con Pro. Construction. He loved going fishing, his garden and his Thursday afternoon bingo at the Army and Navy. Cremation has taken place and a graveside memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 16 at Riverton Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Peter Cain officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Selkirk Palliative Care in memory of Harold Densley. The family would like to thank the nursing staff of the surgical Ward and the home care nurses for care given. Arrangements entrusted to Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk.
