Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADAM SALWICKI October 19, 1922 - April 16, 2005 It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Adam Salwicki at the age of 82 years. He passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, April 16, 2005. Adam, a veteran of the Polish Army in The Second World War, made Canada his home a few years after the war. He lived in Ontario and British Columbia before settling in Winnipeg. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, 4588 Roblin Blvd. with Rev. Fr. Barry Schoonbaert presiding. Recently, I have learned that communist security searched Adam Salwicki born in 1922 in Przemysl, POLAND. My mother told me that a men from security police came to her and asked "where is your husband? we know he fled from Poland".
