STEPHANY SELKIRK It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our mother, Stephany, aged 65 years on May 8, 2005 at the Arborg Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her children, Beverly Spring (Phil), Cindy Balkwill (Neal), Randy Selkirk, and Glen Selkirk (Wendy). She will also be sadly missed by her sister Jean Gow (Rick), Brian Makara (Brenda), and Terrence Makara (Irma). Stephany also leaves her grandchildren, Adrienne (Trevor), Ian (Kyla), Ainsley, Christina, Warren, and Amy; as well as her great-grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Noah and Emma. Stephany enjoyed her days cooking and baking for family friends and neighbours, you never went home empty handed. She loved to play bingo with her friends. She also had a love for gardening and enjoyed making her pickles and salsa in fall to pass on to her family. At Stephany's request, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. A private family interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice. Gilbart Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
