IAN CHABLE HAWKES 1943 - 2005 Suddenly on May 2 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Ian passed away at the age of 61 years. Ian is survived by his parents Winnifred and Ted Hawkes, brother Roderick (Wendy) and their children Colin and Ryan, brother Greg (Shannon) and their children Taylor, Bailey, Carter and Madison. Ian had been a long time employee of Winnipeg Transit until his retirement in 2002. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion in this difficult time.
