WILLIAM YAU We wish to announce the passing of William Yau. He is survived by his loving parents, Teresa and Francis; and brother Vincent Yau. William was born on May 18, 1968 in Hong Kong. He completed his degree in computer science at University in Taiwan and came to Winnipeg in 1991. He worked for the Prairie Chinese Newspaper and was very active in the Chinese community. He was also a volunteer at the Manitoba Museum of Man and Nature. William was a member of the Chinese Choir and enjoyed all types of music. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 18 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave. Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano will be presiding at the Eucharist.
