He was born in Boissevain on June 10, 1944, attended the C.N.I.B. School in Brantford, ON and moved to Winnipeg when he was 16. Franklin is mourned by his brother Richard (Shirley); sister Avril (Jamie); nieces and nephews, many friends, especially dear friend Terry. Funeral and burial were held in Killarney Cemetery May 20. Arrangements were with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, 330-18th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 7P3, 204-727-0330.
