Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) GUSHULAK Passed away peacefully on May 22, 2005, at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Simone for 47 years, father of Dean (Cathie), Darlene (Richard), Sandy (Dollard) and grandfather of Gordon, Lara, Daniel, Michelle and Keara. He is survived by his brother Leonard and sister Helen and was predeceased by his parents and his brother Alex. Bill was born in Prairie Grove, Springfield Manitoba. He will be remembered for his generosity and his sense of humour, whether it was helping someone in need or making them smile with a joke. He had an unconditional love for his family and friends, treasuring the good times and memories they shared. Bill worked at Southside Lumber for 15 years until 1972, where he began a new career at the Transcona CN Shops until retirement in 1995. A memorial service will be held at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St., at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 26. The family would like to express their appreciation for the care and compassion from the staff at the Cancer Care Clinic and the Palliative Care Unit at the St. Boniface Hospital. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit or the Canadian Blood Services.
