JACK KIRKHAM Suddenly, on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, Jack Kirkham, aged 73 passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Jack was predeceased by his darling wife Alma in 1989 and will remembered by his surviving family. At Jack's request cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest with his wife Alma at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
