Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELVA ANDERSON March 18, 1949 - July 6, 2005 Peacefully, at the Health Sciences Centre, with her husband by her side, Elva Anderson, of Dauphin River First Nation, entered eternal rest with her Lord and Saviour, on July 6, 2005. Elva is survived by her husband of 36 years, Pastor Alex J. Anderson; two sons, Darnell (Sherry) and Kevin Anderson; grandchildren, Janica, Nina and Noah; mother Pauline Ross; brothers, Clarence and Clifford Ross; sisters, Eva Jane (David) Beardy and Marlene Marsden. Elva was predeceased by her father Wally Ross; brothers, Lambert and Raymond Ross; grandson Darnell Anderson Jr. The family would like to thank the Health Sciences Centre M.I.C.U. for their warm and compassionate care. Additional thanks to Ida Beardy, Joe (Rose) Anderson, Nellie Munro, Elizabeth Poker; also to the following Ministers: Robert (Beverly) McLean, Raymond (Jean) McLean and Ray (Olga) Bradley, for their prayers and encouragement to Elva. Extended thanks to family and friends for their prayers and support during this difficult time. A wake service will be held on Friday, July 8 at the Waves of Glory, 364 Furby St., beginning at 6:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 9 at the Dauphin River Pentecostal Church at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Robert McLean officiating. Interment will be at the Dauphin River Cemetery. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith, Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, Which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, shall give me at that day: And not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing.
